Hi Everyone

After a long wait through ‘lockdown’ rules and social distancing measures, it has been decided by government officials that 4th July will be an opportunity to re-open restaurants for seated meals, although initially only to operate under certain restrictions in place for public establishments. So with this in mind we are now preparing to open our doors on Saturday 4th July at 5:30pm and we assure you that all necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus keeping both our staff and customers safe will be adhered to by our staff.  I`m sure we are all just as focused on helping to reduce the spread of the virus and with careful and thoughtful actions by us all we will help to achieve this.

Our food services will intially be Wednesday  - Sunday  and will be  for pre-booked  restaurant meals - a takeaway menu is still under review at this time!! Watch This Space

Our number one priority as always is the health and well-being of both our customers and staff in all decisions we are making and we feel that this is the right choice at this time.

.  We will continue to review latest health authority and government advice daily

As measures stand at the moment there are certain requirements for both caterers and customers to comply with new government legislation and are listed as follows :-

  • Registration process on entering our premises for dining or beverage services for the NHS Track & Trace process

(The opening up of the economy following the COVID-19 outbreak is being supported by NHS Test and Trace. You should assist this service by keeping a temporary record of your customers and visitors for 21 days, in a way that is manageable for your business, and assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for that data if needed. This could help contain clusters or outbreaks)

  • Hygiene stations will be set up in the premises

  • There will not be any service at the bar area of the restaurant as only full table service is allowed

  • Payment will only be possible at your table by cash / cards

  • Service by both kitchen and waiting staff wearing masks to comply with current regulations

  • It is advised that customers wear a mask whenever possible to reduce risk (optional)

  • Toilets will be one in / one out

  • Customers who are accompanied by children are responsible for supervising them at all times and must follow social distancing guidelines

  • Our new table layout will be in accordance with a two metre rule

  • Cutlery, condiments and glassware will be provided only when food is served

  • Condiment sets and table coverings will be removed at end of your meal for cleaning, table and chairs will be sanitised

  • Increased frequency of hand washing, cleaning and hygiene procedures in line with guidance

  • All staff will be daily briefed regarding new updates from government legislation

Thank you to all of our staff and customers for their continued support,

we wish everyone well and hope to see you in the near future
